A gorgeous joint for any Christmas table, produced and supplied to us from Sprotts of Portadown, curing Bacon and Ham for over 140 years

This product is normally unavailable until 8 – 10 days before Christmas Eve. However, it can be ordered at anytime to secure your Christmas order, and delivery if required.




Simmer in boiling water for approx 40 mins per kg or roast in pre- heated oven at 160°C allowing 40 mins per kg.
