Cooked Meats

Our cooked meats range are perfect for sandwiches or those quick lunches and dinners for the entire family. Our Roast Beef, Cooked Ham and Roast Turkey are cooked overnight for 12 hours on a very low heat in our adapted oven. The joints are then seasoned in the morning, then caramelised at a high heat for 20 minutes to give a distinct flavour and to capture a unique succulence to which we’re very proud.
