When ordering, we recommend at least 1kg per 4 – 6 persons

Fresh County Down Roasted Turkey fillet, stuffed with our own Stuffing. Made with fresh onions, parsley with lashings of fresh butter, salt & pepper, or why not try our Pork Sausagemeat or Cranberry stuffing. Please let us know in our notes section when finalising your order which stuffing you prefer.

Slice meat to desired thickness ( not less than 1cm) and place on ovenable dish. Make approximately 1/2 a pint of thin gravy and pour over then cover with foil or lid. Place in a preheated oven at 180 oC for approximately 30 minutes or until visibly hot.
