Sweetcure Gammons supplied by Pinkertons of Armagh, freshly cooked and cut as a joint, or sliced to order in Massey’s.
Slice meat to desired thickness ( not less than 1cm) and place on ovenable dish. Make approximately 1/2 a pint of thin gravy and pour over then cover with foil or lid. Place in a preheated oven at 180 oC for approximately 30 minutes or until visibly hot.
