Simmer in boiling water with coarsely chopped carrot, onion and celery for approx 40 mins per kg. Chefs Tip: when cooked, rub with BBQ marinade, cover with foil and roast in a pre- heated oven at 180°C for 1 – 1.5 hours or until visibly cooked. Rest on warm plate for approx. 10 – 15 mins before slicing and serving.
