Braising Steak


Great for braising in the pan with onions and mushrooms

500g  Serves 2 – 3 persons

Place in hot pan browning both sides. Add onions, mushrooms, carrots and a pint of beef stock, let simmer for 50 - 60 minutes. Thicken with Cornflour or Bisto. Serve with Creamy Mashed Potato.
