Lamb Pieces


Great for Irish Stew

Chefs Tip: Toss Lamb pieces in seasoned flour and braise in a well oiled ovenable hot pan. When caramelised add 1 - 2 pints of Stock, with chopped potatoes, celery, carrots and onions. Place in a preheated fan assisted oven at 160°C for approximately 1- 2 hrs, or alternatively after caramelising Lamb pieces, transfer along with all other ingredients into slow cooker and leave to cook for 6 - 7 hours. Serve with Mashed Potato or Champ.
