This full flavoured Gammon is a must for Christmas. An excellent addition for any Christmas table.

We recommend allowing 2lb per 2 – 3 adults.

This product will require soaking in cold water for 2 – 3 hours before cooking

Soak in cold water for 2 - 3 hours. Simmer in boiling water for approx 40 mins per kg. Chefs Tip: When cooked, bake with honey and mustard in a pre- heated oven at 200°C for 25 - 40 mins.
