Massey’s Ready to Heat – Brussel Sprouts with Buttered Maple Cured Lardons

Serves 2 – 3 persons

Made instore using fresh Co. Down sprouts and Givans from Belfast maple cured bacon lardons, caramelised in lashings of Dale Farm butter.

This product is normally only available between late October and January.


Brussel Sprouts, Butter(MILK) Bacon (SULPHITES) Salt & Pepper


Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 mins, cover with foil and add more butter if desired.
