Reared and produced only 1 mile from Saintfield’s Middle Road on Lewis Givan’s Farm.

When purchasing allow 1 kg per 2-3 adults

Roast on all sides until brown in an ovenable pot. Add a coarsely cut onion and carrot along with 1 pint of stock. Place in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour per kg at 160°C, for pink Lamb 40mins per kg at 160°C.
