This product is normally unavailable until 3 – 4 days before Christmas Eve. However, they can be ordered at anytime to secure your Christmas order, and delivery if required.

Sit the goose on a rack in a large roasting tin and tightly cover with a large piece of foil. Cook for 30 mins per kg. Remove from the oven, Pour all the fat from the tin into a bowl and set aside for roasting your potatoes with some to spare. Roast Goose at 200 oC for another 20 minutes to crisp skin. Rest for 20 minutes before serving.
