Made using only trimmed Fillet, Sirloin and Rump of Beef

500g  Serves 1 – 2 persons.

Beef 60%, MILK, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Pepper, Herbs, Spices, Beef Stock and Flavouring, SULPHITES

Pierce film on tray, place in a preheated fan assisted oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until visibly hot. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Chefs tip: Stir a small knob of butter into Stroganoff before serving.
