Gammon: (100.00%) – Pork, Water, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Preservative (E250, E252), Antioxidant (E301),

Simmer in boiling water for approx 40 mins per kg. Chefs Tip: When cooked, roast with honey and mustard in a pre- heated oven at 200°C for 25 - 40 mins.
