When purchasing allow 1 kg per 2 – 3 adults

Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C - 200°C for approximately 40 mins per kg. Leave to rest for 30 mins on a warm plate prior to slicing/serving. Chefs Tip: Roast with either cooking apples, cider or apple juice to enhance the meats juices for your gravy.
