Slice meat to desired thickness ( not less than 1cm) and place on ovenable dish. Make approximately 1/2 a pint of thin gravy, pour over slices, then cover with foil or a lid. Place in a preheated oven at 180 oC for approximately 30 minutes or until visibly hot.
