Gammon – Pinkertons of Armagh Dry Cure on the Bone per kg


This full flavoured Gammon is a must for Christmas. An excellent addition for any Christmas table.

We recommend allowing 1 kg per 2 -3 adults.

This product will require soaking in cold water for 5 – 6 hours before cooking

Soak in cold water for 5 - 6 hours. Simmer in boiling water for approx 40 mins per kg. Chefs Tip: When cooked, bake with honey and mustard in a pre- heated oven at 200°C for 25 - 40 mins.
